Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to provide exceptional products and service at I Luv Candi. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless you have received an incorrect item. Please read below for our policy on returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days by emailing us at hello@iluvcandi.com.au with your order ID, details of the incorrectly sent product, and any missing items from your order. After corresponding with you, we will authorise your return or exchange. Please send the product back to us at I Luv Candi, P.O. Box 114, Cotton Tree, QLD, 4558, using a self-addressed pre-paid bag suitable for your product. Ensure the returned product is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a suitable box or bag for safe transportation.

Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will either (A) refund you for the value of the originally ordered item or (B) send you a replacement. Please provide photos of the incorrect items.

Damages During Shipping:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order securely, any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of Australia Post once the package is in their possession. Please check your order upon receipt, and if you find any damaged or inedible products or receive the wrong item(s), contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will work with you to find a solution.

Hot Weather Issues:

Please note that extreme temperatures during transit may affect certain products. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged due to temperature extremes during shipping. If you have any concerns about the perishability of our products, please get in touch, and we will do our best to guide you.

Sale, Discount Coupon, or Special Products:

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products on sale, with discount coupons, or marked as special items. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping in the case of an exchange. We do not provide refunds for 'change of mind' or 'accidental ordering.' Instead, we will issue an online voucher of the order's value, minus applicable fees.

Best Before Dates:

Please be aware that best before dates are provided as a guideline, and many of our products are safe to consume beyond this date. Products sold after the best before date are listed as clearance items at a discounted price of 20%, with the date specified on the product listing.
